Club Festive Meal, Cross Hands, Chipping Sodbury – Sunday 29th January 216
A good turnout of about ten members, one Bini owner and a toddler (mini owner in training!!!) gathered at the Cross Hands in Chipping Sodbury for a post-Christmas get together.
Most enjoyed a traditional roast meal and one member had a nice veggie option and a few had a sweet afterwards as they were very reasonably priced.
One member had left his head-lights on at home and couldn't get his mini started and no other means of transport to get to the pub, this was awkward as the meals had been pre-ordered so it was packaged up to be taken home to eat - also awkward as this member lives in a vegetarian house-hold where no meat products are allowed in the house!!! But fortunately he managed to take it straight to work to have for his dinner.
We lingered quite a long time chatting about the past few months as we had not had a meeting for a few months due to Christmas and of course no shows around that time of the year and of course there were conversations about minis!!!
A good time was had by all present and the meals were very good.
